16 year old Jamie Lynn Spears, star of the Nickelodeon series "Zoey 101" & younger sister of Britney announced to the world she was 12 weeks pregnant and the alleged father is her boyfriend whose age has been posted on various sites from 17 to 19. .There are so many things to ask and debate about this that I will keep my 4 cents to 3 cents.... is anyone really shocked? and if so...why?..... ;)

Can you say statutory Rape? Come on people remember that young African American boy who was sentenced to ten years for having consensual oral sex with his minor girlfriend? Why the discrepancy?
That would depend on what State is she operating out of these days. But if she had sex in either LA or CA her boyfriend is going to jail. The age of consent in LA is 17 and in CA is 18.
They were probably drunk or high on goof balls.....these things would not happen if it were not for alcohol and drugs.... That poor girl probably was seduced with demon alcohol before this sinful act.....
